Liz has recently worked with the famous Californian yoga teacher Shiva Rea and TV guru Howard Napper.

In the last twelve months Liz (centre) has worked with Scaravelli teacher, Sandra Sabatini, in Italy and Ashtanga teacher David Swenson from America.
